The AK-1H is our long-pile specialist. It cuts pile up to 40 mm, which is what you need for shaggy, high-relief rugs and bold textured pieces.
It is a cut pile gun, so you get upright, plush pile with soft exposed ends. Long pile needs more yarn and more time per square metre, so it is best for statement pieces, cushions and wall art rather than everyday floor rugs. For a standard rug, the AK1 Duo or AK5 is the more practical choice.
- Type: cut pile tufting gun
- Pile height: up to 40 mm
- Voltage: 220V
- Best for: shaggy, high-relief rugs and bold textured pieces
