Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Orders to Jordan are typically delivered within 1-3 working days. GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) takes 3-5 working days. International (Europe, US, Canada, Australia) takes 7-12 working days.

Shipping costs

• Delivery inside Jordan is a flat fee of JOD 3.
• Delivery outside Jordan is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders inside Jordan. Pay the courier when your order arrives. No upfront card needed. Orders outside Jordan must be paid online at checkout using one of our available payment methods.

Order processing

Ready-made products ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Custom-made rugs require 10-18 days of production time after design approval.

Customs & duties

For GCC and most of Europe, duties are pre-paid by us. For US, Canada, Australia and select markets, your local customs may charge an import fee on delivery.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days. We'll reship or refund.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
