1 · Pick a shape.
All shapes are hand-cut in our Amman studio. Round and custom shapes use slightly more yarn — pricing reflects that.
2 · How big?
No size limits. Most living-room rugs are 200×140. Most pet portraits are 80×60.
3 · Carved or flat?
Carving sculpts the surface — adds dimension, depth, and most of what makes a Tuft.jo rug feel premium. Flat is cleaner and 10% cheaper.
4 · Show us your design.
Drop a reference photo, sketch, or anything we can work from. If you want us to design from scratch, just describe it in the notes — that's totally fine.
5 · Approve the palette.
We'll match yarn colors to your design. Pick from our 24-color library — drag to reorder, click to remove.
