Terms of service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tuft.jo website and your purchase of products, workshops, and custom rug commissions from Tuft.jo ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and custom orders

Ready-made rugs and tufting supplies are sold subject to availability. Custom rug commissions are handmade to the specifications agreed with you during the design process — see our Refund Policy for what happens if a finished custom piece doesn't match what was agreed.

3. Workshops and bookings

Workshop bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation terms (see Refund Policy). Arriving significantly late may forfeit your seat if the session is full. We reserve the right to reschedule a session for reasons outside our control (e.g. instructor illness, insufficient bookings).

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment methods accepted are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and costs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, photography, and the Tuft.jo name and logo — is the property of Tuft.jo and may not be reproduced without permission. A custom rug design created for you is yours to keep, but we may photograph finished pieces for our own portfolio/marketing unless you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, Tuft.jo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products/services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
